Founded by Auguste Agassiz and his partners Henri Raiguel and Floria Morel in 1832, Longines began producing timepieces in Saint-Imier, Switzerland. Upon his retirement, Agassiz brought on his nephew, Ernest
Francillon in 1852, who spear-headed the movement to purchase land for a factory and modernize production.  The factory was built in an area
known for its long meadows (Les Longines), which the company eventually adopted as its name, Longines, in 1867.  

The Ref L3.812.4.932 features a 42mm stainless steel case with a sapphire crystal.  The blue sunray pattern dial has applied Arabic numeral hour markers, lumed with Super Luminova, polished silver sword-style hour and minute hands that are also lumed with Super
Luminova, an orange 24-hour GMT hand, and a date window at the six o’clock position.  The bidirectional 24-hour bezel has a blue ceramic insert with a lumed triangle at the zero position.  Powered by the Calibre L844.4 movement, the Spirit Zulu Time has a 72-hour power reserve and a water resistance rating of 100 meters.

boxes, owner's manual, COSC certification card, warranty card, certificate holder, and the original Longines blue leather strap with stainless steel clasp.
