  • The History:

Le Forban launched its first timepieces in 1969 for the French Navy.  Each model produced by Le Forban is named after a famous French port with historical significance.

  • The Watch:

The Le Forban Securite Mer The Brestoise features a 38.4mm stainless steel case with a domed sapphire crystal, a unidirectional rotating bezel, and a solid case back with a ship’s wheel design in relief.  The black dial features large lumed Arabic numerals, the Le Forban logo at the 12 o’clock position, and a date window at the 3 o’clock position.  Powered by an automatic Miyota 8215 movement, with a water resistance rating of 150 meters.

This Le Forban Securite Mer was recently serviced and includes the original canvas Le Forban case, the warranty card, original case stickers, and the original Le Forban rubber strap with buckle.
