Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and items that are not returned in the same condition as shipped will be evaluated case by case. We do not guarantee a full refund on any returns.
We must be contacted first if you wish to return an item. Please contact info@cwwatchshop.com before returning any item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@cwwatchshop.com. Please note that returns will be sent using the information provided to you once you request a return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (US Orders Only), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For international orders, the return shipping cost and fees associated with import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any duties and taxes due on import back to the US will be deducted from the refund.

Damages and issues
Within 24 hours of receiving your item Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warranty
The manufacturer's warranty covers new watches. Pre-owned timepieces with a valid and transferable manufacturer's warranty greater than 90 days from purchase from CW Watch Shop are also covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Vintage and pre-owned timepieces, not covered by a manufacturer's warranty, come with a 90-day mechanical warranty, from the date of purchase. We do not pressure test and strongly advise against contact with water. Water resistance is not warranted in any way. Specific accuracy and precision are also not warranted. Each timepiece we sell is evaluated for function prior to shipping. Repairs covered under this warranty must be coordinated by CW Watch Shop, and performed by our agent. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, natural wear, and tear, or accidents.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
