All of our packages ship via Fedex Express. On new Damasko watches we offer complimentary air shipping within the US. Overnight options are also available via checkout, but if you have a specific question concerning the shipping of your watch we ask that you reach out to us directly.

Returns:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and items that are not returned in the same condition as shipped will be evaluated case by case. We do not guarantee a full refund on any returns.

As one of the few authorized US retailers for Damasko Watches, we take pride in being not only enthusiasts for the brand but also authorized sellers of Damasko. This means we can provide post-sales support if you need service or have questions about your watch.

In addition to being fully authorized retailers for Damasko watches, we also have physical stores where you can see a Damasko watch in person at anyone of the Camera West stores or Leica Store San Francisco. Please note that our physical stores may not have all the inventory showcased on our website. If there's a specific watch you'd like to see in person, please reach out to us directly. We can then set up an in-person appointment at one of our California stores.
