Chronoswiss Kairos CH 2823, Full Set

Founded in 1983 by master watchmaker Gerd-Rüdiger Lang in Munich, Chronoswiss emerged during the height of the quartz crisis with a mission to preserve traditional mechanical watchmaking. The brand quickly became known for its distinctive regulator-style dials, onion crowns, coin-edge bezels, and highly detailed mechanical finishing. In 1987, Chronoswiss introduced the world’s first serially produced regulator wristwatch, helping establish the company as an innovator in modern horology. Over the years, the brand continued pushing technical and artistic boundaries with models such as the Opus skeleton chronograph and the Delphis jumping hour watch.

The Chronoswiss Kairos CH 2823 features a 38mm stainless steel case with a coin-edge bezel, a sapphire crystal, an onion-style crown, and an exhibition case back.  The dial features a guilloche pattern at the center, with a brushed silver outer ring, featuring large Arabic numerals, Breguet-style blued hands, and a date window at the 6 o’clock position.  Powered by an ETA-based C.2892 automatic movement, which is visible through the exhibition case back.

This Chronoswiss Kairos CH2823 includes the original outer box, the inner wooden box, the guarantee booklet, the instruction booklet, the water-resistance certificate, and the original blue leather strap with a stainless steel buckle.
