The History: CYMA Watch Company was founded in 1862 by Joseph and Theodore Schwob in the mountains of Jura, Switzerland. The Watch: This CYMA vintage timepiece has a 37mm 18K Rose Gold case, with an acrylic crystal. The 15-jewel manual wind movement features the Tavannes Watch Co and CYMA signatures. The dial features a small seconds sub-dial at the 6 o’clock position, with Rose Gold Arabic numerals at the 12, 3 ,and 9 o’clock positions and Rose Gold pencil-shaped hour markers, as well as Rose Gold hour and minute hands.
The Details: This Vintage CYMA 18K Rose Gold timepiece is in very good condition. The case and lugs show some minimal wear and the case back has some slight scratches, consistent with the age of this timepiece, and visible in the photographs. The dial is in excellent condition, as are the hands and hour markers. There are a few missing tritium lume plots on the dial.
