The Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date Ref. 1500 Sigma Dial features a 34mm stainless steel case with a Plexiglas crystal and a cyclops window over the date.  The silver sunburst pattern dial features solid gold hour markers and hands, tritium lume plots, and a date window at the 3
o’clock position.  Next to the “T Swiss T” text at the 6 o’clock position are two circles indicating that it is a “Sigma” dial piece, which refers to the use of solid gold for the hands and hour markers.  The Rolex 1500 is powered by the Rolex Caliber 1575 COSC-certified movement.

This Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date Ref 1500 dates to a production year of 1973.  Included with this timepiece is the original 19mm Rolex 7835 stainless steel bracelet with 357 end links.
