Breguet Classique Ref G5277BR
About The Watch:
The attention to detail on the Breguet Classique 5277 in 18K Gold is apparent in each component. From the stunning 18K Rose Gold case with fluted case edge, a hand-engraved guilloche pattern on the dial, the etched Breguet engravings next to the 12 o’clock position, and Calibre 515DR movement, the Breguet Classique embodies all of the qualities that Breguet is known for.
Breguet Watch Company was founded in 1775 in the town of Ile de la Cité, France, by Abraham-Lois Breguet. Breguet is credited with producing one of the first self-winding wristwatches and was the inventor of the first tourbillon movement timepieces. One of the most notable timepieces produced by Breguet was the "Marie Antoinette," which was commissioned as a gift for the young Queen, and took 44 years to complete, which was 34 years after her death.
The Bréguet Classique Ref 5277 features a 38mm 18K Rose Gold case with a fluted case edge and a sapphire crystal exhibition case back. The unique dial features a hand-carved guilloche pattern with Roman numerals for the hour markers, blued Breguet “moon tip” hands, and a 96-hour power reserve indicator. Powered by a Calibre 515DR movement, the Breguet Classique has a water resistance rating of 30 meters.
This Bréguet Classique Ref 5277 is in excellent condition, with minimal wear, which is visible in the photographs. Purchased new in October 2021, this timepiece is still under the manufacturer's warranty.
