The History:

In 1863, at age 20, company founder Ernst Leitz gained valuable experience working for a Swiss watchmaker. These skills laid the foundation for establishing his own company in 1870, known as Ernst Leitz, which later became Leica. Over a century later, Leica watches reflect the core values that Leica stands for,  ultimate precision, reliability, and craftsmanship. Each watch is made with the same passion that goes into every Leica camera.

The Watch:

The Leica Classic Collection Chronograph Automatik features a 39mm stainless steel case with a sapphire crystal and an exhibition case back and is powered by an ETA 7750 chronograph movement.  The grey dial features three sub-dials at the 12, 6, and 9 o’clock positions and a date wheel at the 3 o’clock position.  

The Details:

This Leica Classic Collection Chronograph Automatik includes the original box, a black leather Leica strap with buckle, and an additional brand new, unworn black leather Leica strap with buckle.
