Nodus was formed in 2017 by Wesley Kwok and Cullen Chen, two childhood friends who believe people should pursue their passions and do what they love, which, in turn, led them to start a watch company. Based in Los Angeles, CA, they began designing watches that were not just stylish but also function-first, meant to be worn for decades through all of life’s adventures. Raven Watches was founded in 2008 by Steve Laughlin, who was inspired by his passions for adventure, photography, and travel. The Kansas-based company initially focused on creating affordable watches that paid homage to classic designs and has since evolved to develop its own unique, durable dive and sports watches, such as the Trekker, designed to be rugged and versatile for exploration and daily use.
The Nodus X Raven TrailTrekker features a 39.5mm stainless steel case treated with a grey DLC coating, a fixed 24-hour Cerakote bezel, and a sapphire crystal, with artwork depicting a wagon in relief on the case back. The dial is also coated with Cerakote in a dark olive green color, with applied lumed hour markers, the Nodus logo beneath the 12 o’clock position, the Raven logo above the 6 o’clock position, lumed hands with a yellow GMT hand, and a date window at the 6 o’clock position. Powered by the Miyota 9075 automatic movement, the TrailTrekker has a 42-hour power reserve and a water resistance rating of 200 meters.
This Nodus X Ravel TrailTrekker includes the original outer and inner
boxes, the warranty card, operating instructions booklet, Design Lab
card, a Nodus cleaning cloth, an additional Nodus NATO strap, and the original Nodus grey DLC-coated bracelet.
