Roland Schwertner founded Nomos in 1990 in Glashütte, a city with a storied history of fine watchmaking. The company designs timepieces in Berlin and produces them in a small valley in the Ore Mountains just outside Dresden.

The Nomos Glashütte Club Campus 38 features a 38.5mm stainless steel case with a sapphire crystal and an exhibition case back.  The white, silver-plated dial features a California-style mix of Arabic and Roman numerals, blue Super-LumiNova, rhodium-plated hands, and a small sub-seconds dial at 6 o’clock with a neon-orange hand. Powered by the manual-wind Nomos Alpha Caliber 17-jewel movement, the Club Campus offers a 42-hour power reserve and 100 meters of water resistance.
