Omas Collezione Europa FP, Boxed 2985

The Omas Collezione Europa Fountain Pen reflects the elegance and refined Italian craftsmanship for which Omas became renowned. Released in 1992, the Europa was created to commemorate the exceptional historical milestone of European Unification and the signing of the Maastricht Treaty on February 7, 1992. Highly regarded for its historical significance and artistry, the first 12 numbered copies of the collection were explicitly presented by the EEC Protocol Office to the Heads of State who signed the accord.  

The pen is crafted from Omas's signature faceted vegetable resin in a striking, rich blue hue meant to precisely mimic the color of the European Economic Community (EEC) flag.  A signature touch of luxury on this edition is a small, genuine brilliant-cut diamond set inside the star positioned at the foot of the pocket clip on the cap.

This is pen number 2985 of 3500 produced and features a medium-sized nib.  This pen is uninked and includes the original outer box, the acrylic display case and all original documentation.
