The Oris Divers Sixty-Five Deauville Ref 01 733 7707 4065-07 420 18 is a vintage-inspired dive watch that pays homage to Oris’s original 1965 diver while incorporating modern materials and reliability. Housed in a stainless steel case, it features a clean, retro-styled dial with lumed indices with vintage-colored Super-LumiNova for excellent legibility, paired with a domed sapphire crystal that enhances its period-correct aesthetic. The unidirectional rotating bezel and 100-meter water resistance make it a capable everyday sports watch, while the automatic Oris Caliber 733 movement ensures dependable performance.  The dial's color palette is inspired by the French Deauville trend of the 1960s, which gives this piece its name.

  • The History:

Founded in the Swiss town of Holstein in 1904, Oris began as a pocket watchmaker.  Their takeover of an existing watchmaking factory led to the production of their own products until 1925, when they first began producing bracelet buckles to fit their pocket watches.  It was then that they transformed the company into a full-fledged producer of high-quality wristwatches, a role it continues to play today.

The Oris Divers Sixty-Five Deauville features a 40mm stainless-steel case with a unidirectional rotating bezel and a domed sapphire crystal. The blue dial features large lumed numerals, lumed hands, and a date window at the 6 o’clock position. Powered by the automatic Caliber 733 movement, the Deauville features a 38-hour power reserve and a water resistance rating of 100 meters.
