  • The History:

Beginning in 1860, Guido Panerai & Figlio in Florence, Italy, began producing high-precision instruments built for the Royal Italian Navy.  In 1938, as Officine Panerai, they began producing wristwatches for the Italian Navy Commandos, with the Radiomir and later the Luminor.  It wasn’t until 1993 that they began producing versions of the Radiomir, as well as the Luminor, for sale to the public internationally.

  • The Watch:

The Panerai Submersible Carbotech PAM01232 features a 44mm Carbotech case with a Carbotech unidirectional rotating bezel, a Carbotech crown guard, a solid titanium case back, and a sapphire crystal.  The blue dial features applied lumed indices, skeletonized hands with lumed tips, a date window at 3 o’clock, and a small seconds dial at 9 o’clock.  Powered by the automatic Caliber P.9000 movement, the PAM01232 offers a 72-hour power reserve and a 300-meter water resistance rating.

This Panerai PAM01232 includes the original outer box, the inner Panerai leather case, the owner’s manual, the warranty card, dated June 2024, the strap-changing tool, the additional blue Panerai
textile strap, and the original Panerai blue rubber strap with Carbotech buckle.
