  • The History:

U-Boat is a luxury Italian watch brand founded in 2000 by Italo Fontana, inspired by 1942 blueprints designed by his grandfather, Ilvo Fontana, for Italian Navy officers. Known for oversized, left-crowned, and highly legible designs, the brand blends this WWII-era inspiration with modern, handcrafted techniques in Tuscany.

  • The Watch:

The U-Boat Flightdeck U7750/43 features a 43mm stainless steel case with a PVD-coated case, a sapphire crystal, and a crown and chronograph pushers on the left side of the case, an exhibition case back, and a sapphire crystal.  The black dial features large Arabic numerals, three subdials at the 12, 3, and 9 o’clock positions, and a date window at the 9 o’clock position.  Powered by an ETA 7750 automatic movement, the U-Boat U7750/43 has a 100-meter water resistance rating.

This U-Boat Flightdeck U7750/43 includes the original outer and inner boxes, the signed Tourneau warranty booklet, the instruction manual, the U-Boat booklet, and the original black leather U-Boat strap.
